Here are some movies for ladies, about ladies, and/or written or directed by ladies. Because feminism is important. And so is representation of women on film. And sometimes I get bored of watching so many movies all about dudes all the time, you know?
And yes I hope some day we don't need to add "woman" in front of the "director" title to distinguish them, but at the same time I don't think it's wrong to highlight some films made by women for the sake of list-making.
